When using Microsoft Windows, you may encounter the error message: "Drive Not Ready - Exception Processing Message c000000a3." Drive Not Ready is a hardware error message indicating the floppy drive on the computer is experiencing one or more of the following issues:
If you do not wish to use the floppy drive, the normal course of action is to disable the floppy drive in BIOS. To temporarily resolve this issue, you can perform the following steps which disables the floppy drive in Device Manager:
