How do you disable Adobe Elements Organizer Sync Agent?

Strangely, there is not an easy way to remove Adobe Elements Organizer Sync Agent from Windows Start Up nor disable the use of the Agent. Therefore to disable the Agent, please perform the following steps:

Double-click My Computer.
Double-click the C Drive.
Browse to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements Organizer 8.0 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements Organizer 8.0.
Right-mouse click ElementsOrganizerSyncAgent.exe.
Select Rename.
Rename ElementsOrganizerSyncAgent.exe to ElementsOrganizerSyncAgent.exe.old.
Reboot.
