The Automatic Root Certificates Update component is designed to automatically check the list of trusted authorities on the Microsoft Windows Update Web site.  The following steps will resolve this error message: Click Start - Control Panel - User Accounts - User Account Control. Uncheck User Account Control.  Click Apply. Reboot. Rename the folder: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\Content Rename the folder: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\MetaData Contrary to postings on the internet, do not delete the registry keys found below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\AuthRoot\Certificates Reboot. How do you create a Ghost Image of a Computer which is saved to an External USB Drive?

The following steps will create a Ghost Image of a Computer which is saved to an External USB drive. With the computer off, connect the External USB Drive to the USB port on the back of the computer.  Also connect the mouse, keyboard and computer monitor as normal. Turn on the computer. Insert the Norton Ghost CDROM (Symantec Recovery Disk) into CDROM drive.  The computer will boot from the CDROM. When prompted, click Accept. Click Backup My Computer. Click Next. Select all drive partitions that exist on the computer such as the C and D Drive partitions. Click Next. Click Browse and browse to the drive letter that Ghost has associated with your external USB Drive. Click Next. Click Next. Click Finish.  Norton Ghost will then begin the process of creating an image of your Server and saving it to the location that you have designated. To fully remove Microsoft Office XP, Office 2000, Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010, please perform the following steps: Run the appropriate Microsoft FixIt Removal Tool . Using Add/Remove Programs, remove any Compatibility Packs. Using Add/Remove Programs, remove any Microsoft Office File Validations. Delete the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office Delete the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office Delete the registry key: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\[Appropriate Office GUID] Delete the directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office.
