How do you set the Local Administrator Account (Built-in) password for all client computers within a Windows Domain?

In Microsoft Windows Server 2008, perform the following steps:

Group Policy Preferences

Start the Group Policy snap-in and edit the Default Domain Policy.
Expand Computer Configuration.
Expand Preferences.
Expand Control Panel.
Right-mouse click Local Users and Groups.
From the menu select New - Local User.
Select Update.
Select Local Administrator (Built-in).
Type the new password into the Password text box.
Type the new password into Confirm Password text box.
click OK.

Please Note: You may require Group Policy Preference Extensions if you are using Windows XP and/or Windows Vista.
