This error message may be an indication that the Cryptographic Service used by Microsoft to authenticate Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) or Office Genuine Advantage Licensing has been compromised. Unfortunately, the only solution may be to reformat the hard drive and reinstall Microsoft Windows XP.
