When you attempt to login to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), you may encounter the error message HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable. You may also find that Microsoft Outlook using Microsoft Exchange will not open. The Microsoft Exchange Information Store depends upon the NT LM Security Support Provider Service. On the Server, insure that the NT LM Security Support Provider Servuce is set to Automatic and start the NT LM Security Support Provider Service. Now start the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant Service and then the Microsoft Exchange Information Store Service. The issue will then be resolved.
