When sending and receiving email using Microsoft Outlook, you may encounter the error message: One Or More Parameter Values Are Not Valid. One of two issues may be occurring.
Issue #1: You may have typed the email address wrong possibly using a capital letter. Email addresses are case-sensitive. Microsoft Outlook AutoComplete then continues to type the email address incorrectly. You will need to delete the Microsoft Outlook AutoComplete file so that a new one can be automatically created.
With both a new Microsoft Outlook AutoComplete file and a corrected Microsoft Outlook Contact email address, this issue is now resolved. Microsoft can now be reopened and will work properly.
