When using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher, you may find that you are unable to access Remote Desktop using Remote Web Workplace. It is possible that Protected Mode is preventing this process from running normally. To disable Protected Mode, you can do the following:
- From within Microsoft Internet Explorer, click Tools.
- Click Internet Options.
- Click the Security Tab.
- Uncheck Enable Protected Mode.
- Click OK.
- Close Internet Explorer.
- Reopen Internet Explorer
- Attempt to access Remote Desktop using Remote Web Workplace.
