Yahoo Domains Merchant Solutions Error

When you use Yahoo Domains Merchant Solutions as a subdomain ala
store.domain.com as opposed to www.domain.com,
the Store Editor - Search Engines page displays the wrong location for the XML files. The page displays www.domain.com/path when in fact the location is store.domain.com/path.
