How do I redirect My Documents to the Server?

Edit the Default domain policy:

-user configuration
-windows settings
-folder redirection
-my documents

Settings: Basic
Target: Create a folder for each user under the root path
Root path: \\SERVER\USERS

The root path assumes that all User Directories are located at:
\\SERVER\USERS
