Upon installing Eset Nod32 Antivirus and then rebooting the computer, you may encounter the error message: "An error occurred while starting services. Analysis of application protocols (POP3, HTTP) will not function."  In the Event Viewer, you may also see Event ID 7030 - The Eset service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.  This issue occurs because of one or more of the following issues: You are attempting to install Eset Nod32 Antivirus with User Account Control Enabled. You are using an oudated version of the Eset Antivirus Setup program.
